**Residents are defined as gynaecologists in training below age 35. Those applying to register as Residents must include a certifying statement signed by their Head of Department.

The registration fee includes the participation both in the Congress and in the 2^nd European Meeting of Ob/Gyn Residents and the ESGE Junior Platform (Wednesday, September 28^th).
If you prefer not to register on line, you can download the registration form from the website and send it by mail or fax (if you choose payment by credit card) to the Local Organizer, no later than September 15^th, 2010.

The registration congress fee for participants includes:

Final program, abstract book, certificate of attendance, admission to the scientific sessions and welcome cocktail, congress name badge, coffee-breaks.

Satellite Workshops
In order to take part in the Satellite Workshops, Participants must be registered in the Congress. A limited number of places is available.
Please take note that the town of Castellòn (SW 2) is located about 300 km far from Barcelona and that the town of Igualada (SW 3 and SW 4) is located about 50 km far from Barcelona.

Postgraduate Courses
In order to take part in the Postgraduate Courses, Participants must be registered in the Congress. A limited number of places (n. 24) is available for the Postgraduate Course 2.

Accompanying Persons' Program
Barcelona centre is a very pleasant location to walk around. Much of the area has been pedestrianized, with wide open boulevards that make walking tours a very pleasurable way to visit the city.
A program of extremely interesting guided tours will be organized for the Accompanying Persons (see pages 29-34 of this program).
Visit and excursions will be confirmed if the minimum number of participants is met.
Full refund will be issued if an activity is cancelled due to lack of participants.
Full refund of all tours will be granted if written notice of cancellation is sent, 2 weeks prior to the event, to the Local Organizer.
For cancellations after that date no refund will be made.

Gala Dinner
Gala Dinner will be held on Friday, October 1^st 2010 at 8:45 pm at “MACBA” (Plaça dels Àngels, 1)

It is a great pleasure for us to thank you for attending the ESGE 19^th annual meeting in Barcelona and we will be honored if you will join us to the Gala Dinner, organized in one of the most beautiful museums of Barcelona, the Museu d'Art Contemporani de Barcelona (MACBA). The creation of the Museu d'Art Contemporani de Barcelona, officially inaugurated in 1995,was one of a series of actions carried out in Barcelona during the eighties and the first half of the nineties, the purpose of which was the urban restructuring of the city and its orientation toward an outward-looking economy focused fundamentally on the tertiary sector and in particular on tourism. 

The architect of the building is Richard Meier, whose wide experience in the design and construction of new museums is amply demonstrated by his many other achievements in the field of museum architecture. Meier’s commitment to integrating natural light into his project is reflected in a vertical gallery which performs a dual function, communicating the interior and the exterior spaces by way of the ramps that give access to each floor and serving as a corridor leading to the exhibition spaces, thus establishing a symbolic communication between the interior world of the museum and the exterior space of the new Plaça dels Àngels.

Language
English is the official language of the Congress. Simultaneous translation from English to Spanish and viceversa will be organized in most of the sessions.
