A deposit is required to secure a hotel room. Room deposits will vary depending on the chosen hotel and the balance due should be paid directly to the hotel upon checkout.

All rooms are booked on a first come, first served basis. Please indicate your preference from the allocations offered. In case that the requested hotel is no longer available, Viajes Iberia Congresos will suggest a suitable alternative.

All prices are in Euros and include breakfast and 7% VAT. Rates are per night and valid for 2010.

The deposit has to be paid either by credit card (preferred) or bank transfer (bank transfer will be accepted until 1 September 2010, after this date only credit card payments will be accepted).

For online reservations you will receive an immediate confirmation with all the relevant information of your accommodation. For reservations requested by fax you will receive the confirmation of your accommodation via e-mail once the availability of your selected hotel has been reviewed and the payment received.

Confirmation of your accommodation reservation will only be sent to you by e-mail once availability has been confirmed and payment has been received.

Reservations will not be accepted if the credit card expires before the date of the event.

In the event of cancellation/ reductions in the number of nights from 1st September 2010 or no-show, the entire booking period will be charged.

We highly recommend booking your accommodation on line under Registration and Accommodation. If you prefer not to register on line, you can download the registration form from the website and send it by fax by September 20th at latest.
