After you have performed a procedure, you have 48 hours to submit the video of the procedure through the GESEA Diploma Video Submission system. Remember to send the report of the anaesthesiologist to diploma@esge.org. If no anaesthesia has taken place, please send a document signed and stamped by your Head of Department testifying that you are the surgeon performing the surgery as seen in the video. Make sure to respect patient confidentiality and to anonymise patient information.

Procedure Selection and Payment
Specify the type of procedure and the date when the procedure will take place. When the procedure has been completed, you have 48 hours to submit the video of the operation. The payment fee covers all administrative charges, the review of the submitted materials and, upon successful review of all 5 procedures, an electronic version of the diploma.
